How to email a plan.
This document will explain how to email your plan, images, elevations etc. to a customer.
Create your page layout as normal.
Press the "Save" button on the "Print Layout" tool bar. At the bottom of the "Save As..." window, change the "Save as type" drop-down to "JPEG image (*.jpg)".
Specify a file name (e.g. the customer's name). Press "Save". When prompted for an image size, leave it as the defaults and press "OK".
Create a new email using your email program (Outlook, Google Mail, Hotmail etc). Attach the file you created as normal.
